The owners of the company are Mr. Leonard Mickens and Mr. Ray Mick-ens. They strive to main-tain strong and solid relationships with the communities and airport officials where they do business. After over 12 years of operating and managing air-port facilities, M2 concepts’ owners have developed a top notch reputation for delivering superior customer services and strong business relationships. Leonard Mickens, President, is in charge of retail day-to-day operations. Hiring the best talent to manage operations is key to a successful venture. He, along with Jarvis Haggins, oversee the customer experience and loss preventions programs. Retail brands we operate and JV partners include NewsLink, Hudson, and Emmitt Smith Sports. Ray Mickens, Vice President, is in charge of busi-ness development, F&B program, financial oversight, and marketing. Kamray Mickens Directors of Food and Beverage, with over 10 years of restaurant development and operations experience is a key team member to our operational success and relationships with our brands. The F&B brands we are proud operators of include Chick-Fil-A, Pinkberry, Smooth-ie King, Einstein Bagels, Starbucks, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Brewed Restaurant, Smashville Predators Bar, Tennessee Rickhouse, Little Harpeth Brewery, and Bleu Mediterranean Martini Bars and Kitchen to name a few.
